Vircle에 등록한 각 어린이 또는 보조 사용자에게는 초대 브로셔나 Vircle 카드를 통해 고유한 Vircle QR 코드가 제공되어야 합니다. 이는 해당 학교와 조정해야 합니다.

(학교용) 자녀를 추가하려면 학부모 지갑 홈 화면에서:

1. "자녀 추가" 버튼을 탭하십시오.

2. "학교 제공 QR 코드" 또는 "학교 제공 E-초대 코드"를 선택합니다.

3. "학교 제공 QR 코드"를 선택하면 휴대전화에서 자동으로 카메라 앱을 열어 제공된 QR 코드를 스캔합니다.

4. "학교 제공 전자 초대 코드"를 선택한 경우 표시된 텍스트 상자에 초대 코드를 입력합니다.

완료되면 다음을 입력해야 합니다. -

1. 셀카 또는 자녀의 사진

2. IC에 따른 성명

3. 국적

4. NRIC 번호 또는 여권 번호

5. 생년월일

확인하면 완료됩니다. 이제 자녀가 홈 화면의 "내 가족" 목록 아래에 나타납니다.

참고: 현재 Vircle의 모든 학교는 QR 코드 스캔 방법을 사용하며 학교에서 QR 코드 초대를 받지 못한 경우 support@vircle.com으로 이메일을 보내주십시오.

Moving schools do not require your child to switch her existing cashless school card to a new or different card. It is a simple process to unlink and relink her card to a new school.

Before you start to unlink your cashless school card, make sure you have cleared all existing allowances given to your child.

Unlink your cashless school card

1. Tap on your child’s profile page.

2. Tap on the settings icon.

3. Click on “Manage Cards”.

4. The page will display your existing cashless school card. Click on “Unlink”.

5. Your cashless school card has now been unlinked.

Link your cashless school card to the new school

1. Tap on your child’s profile page.

2. Now, you will have the ability to connect to a school. Click on “Connect to my child’s school”.

3. Select either “School Provided QR Code” or “School Provided E-Invite Code”.

4. If you select “School Provided QR Code”, your phone will automatically open the camera app to scan the provided QR Code.

5. If you selected “School Provided E-Invite Code”, enter the invite code into the text box shown.

That’s it! Your child’s cashless school card has been successfully linked to the new school.
