Terms and Conditions - Student Protect Plus Campaign 2026

1. Campaign Period

 

• Valid from now to 31 August 2026.

 

2. Eligibility

 

• The Lucky Draw is open to Child Login users who successfully complete an eligible DuitNow QR Scan & Pay transaction through the Vircle app during the Campaign Period.

​

• Where a payment is made using a child’s Vircle Child Login, the Lucky Draw entry will be associated with the relevant Vircle account and its registered parent or guardian.

​

3. Entry Mechanism

• Each successful DuitNow QR Scan & Pay transaction completed during the Campaign Period will qualify for one (1) Lucky Draw entry.

​

• Participants may earn unlimited entries during the Campaign Period. The more eligible transactions completed, the more entries the participant will receive.

​

• Entries will be recorded automatically. No registration, form submission, or proof of entry is required unless requested by Vircle for verification purposes.

​

4. Prize

 

• These are the prizes up for grabs:

 

• One hundred (100) 1 - Year Free Vircle Club Annual Subscriptions; and

• Fifty (50) 1 - Year Free Student Protect Annual Subscription.

​

• Vircle reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of similar value if required.

​

• Each participant may win a maximum of one (1) prize throughout the Lucky Draw. If you are already selected for a prize, you will no longer be eligible for another draw.

 

5. Winner Selection & Notification

 

• Winners will be selected via a random draw after the Campaign Period ends.

 

• The draw will be recorded and posted on Vircle's social media by 7th September 2026 by 9pm.

 

• Winners will be notified via their registered mobile number on Vircle.

 

6. Prize Fulfilment

 

• Winners may be required to provide identification for verification purposes.

 

• Prizes will be delivered within thirty (30) working days upon confirmation.

​

• Where a winner already holds an active Vircle Club or Student Protect subscription corresponding to the prize won, the prize will be applied towards the winner’s next renewal. The applicable renewal fee will be waived for one (1) year.

​

• The prize will only apply to the subscription associated with the winner’s registered Vircle account and cannot be transferred, exchanged, carried forward beyond the next renewal, or redeemed for cash.

 

7. Disqualification

 

• Vircle reserves the right to disqualify any participant where:

 

• A qualifying transaction is cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed, or found to be invalid;

 

• Fraudulent or suspicious activities are detected.

 

8. General​

 

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

 

• Vircle reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

 

• Vircle's decision is final.
