The Vircle Student PA Insurance is a Personal Accident coverage plan for students that offers protection in the event of accidental injury, disability, or death. It is designed to provide financial assistance and support to families when unforeseen accidents happen to their children during school activities or daily life.
This insurance product is underwritten by Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad 200601015674 (735426-V), a general insurer licensed under the Financial Services Act 2013 and regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia
Parents can purchase the Student PA Insurance directly via the Vircle app. The policy details and coverage options will be displayed clearly before purchase, allowing parents to review and confirm their selection.
No. The purchase of the Student PA Insurance must be made using the parent’s wallet within the Vircle app. You will not be able to make an in-app purchase or payment using your child’s account balance.
This Student PA Insurance is underwritten by Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad.
Once payment has been made and the policy is issued, cancellation and refunds are subject to the policy terms contained in the policy wording. You may refer to Allianz Student PA Policy Wording and Allianz Student PA PDS for details.
You will receive a confirmation of cover message and email from VIRCLE. The policy details, coverage amount, and effective date will be visible within your Vircle account dashboard under “My Policies” within the VIRCLE app. As this coverage comes under a Group Policy issued to Debit Circles Sdn. Bhd. (Vircle), no individual policy certificate will be issued.
Coverage begins on the next day from date of completion of payment stated in the policy certificate and remains valid for the duration specified (e.g., one academic year).
The plan provides compensation for accidental death, total and permanent disablement (TPD), medical expenses, hospital allowances, and other benefits as defined in the policy terms.

All approved claim payments will be made directly by the insurer to the bank account of the parent or legal guardian of the insured student.

Parents can view the purchased insurance coverage from the VIRCLE app, Tap on “Insurance” icon from your VIRCLE home screen -> Select “My Policies” and you will see all active and recently expired insurance coverage listed here.
