Can the Student PA Insurance be purchased with funds in the child’s Vircle account?

Accepted Answer

No. The purchase of the Student PA Insurance must be made using the parent’s wallet within the Vircle app. You will not be able to make an in-app purchase or payment using your child’s account balance.

Who is the insurance provider for this Student PA Insurance?

Can I cancel or get a refund after purchasing the policy?

What happens after I successfully purchase the insurance?

You will receive a confirmation of cover message and email from VIRCLE. The policy details, coverage amount, and effective date will be visible within your Vircle account dashboard under “My Policies” within the VIRCLE app. As this coverage comes under a Group Policy issued to Debit Circles Sdn. Bhd. (Vircle), no individual policy certificate will be issued.

Coverage begins on the next day from date of completion of payment stated in the policy certificate and remains valid for the duration specified (e.g., one academic year).

How do i submit a claim?

You must notify Allianz within 30 days from date of accident by writing or emailing to Allianz at customer.service@allianz.com.my.
