IPay88 is a service we use to enable top-ups via Online Banking and/or Credit Card securely to Vircle.

To add money to your eWallet:

Step 1 : Login to the Vircle App

Step 2 : Tap on the “Top Up” icon in the Parent's dashboard.

Step 3 : Select either “Online Banking” or “Debit/Credit Card” as the Top-Up method

Step 4 : Enter your Top-Up Amount

For “Online Banking” (Total monthly top up is limited to wallet size) :

1. Select your desired bank account

2. Login to your bank account

3. Verify the transaction via text (SMS OTP)

For “Debit/Credit Card” (Total monthly top up is limited to RM1,000):

1. Scan your Debit/Credit Card or enter your Debit/Credit Card details manually.

2. Verify the transaction via text (SMS OTP).

Upon successful payment, you should be automatically redirected to your Parent's dashboard and have the ability to transfer money to your Vircle Child.

Transfers from “Online Banking” or “Credit Card” to your Parent’s eWallet will show up immediately in your eWallet and is now available to be distributed to your children as allowances.

Vircle uses IPAY 88 which has its own restrictions on what is and isnt allowed.

IPAY88 does not allow cards with the following criterion:

1) cards issued from Brazil, Argentina and Costa Rica are NOT accepted by Ipay.

2) cards that does not have 3DS security feature

3) cards other than VISA and Mastercard are not accepted.
